electronic textbooks, iPad classrooms, 3D Printers, and the latest in
classroom technology while working with a very small budget. Oversight of a
flawless LAN and VMware server suite and fleet of classroom projectors and
smart boards as well as upgrades to interactive touch displays. Continuous
research for effect classroom technology has led to the revolution of an
extremely traditional school. o

by management of ISP contracts and engineering of core campus backbone while

Information Technology Agency of the Army – United States Pentagon,
Arlington, VA January 2015 – April 2015 (Salary: $94,000) VoIP engineer responsible for operation and
maintenance of Avaya AS5300 VoIP system, CS2100 VoIP system, and Cisco
Unified Call Manager. Defense contract to perform migration of 40k
users from CS2100 to AS5300 systems seamlessly with minimal user impact. Also
responsible for engineering of crucial E-911, voicemail, teleconferencing
functions. Provisions 500 to 1000 users daily and provides hands-on training
and assistance to 200 – 300 users. Manages Remedy trouble tickets related to
migration issues and resolves 15-20 per shift.
Network Administrator-Supervisor – U.S. Air Force
– Andrews Air Force Base, MD Performed network administration duties on a
day-to-day basis: Network analysis and monitoring, ACS user management,
CiscoWorks management tools, systems administration for network management
servers, tracking of all communications requirements and trouble tickets
through Remedy, Cisco Call Manager changes, and remote assistance for
in-field desktop support, sys-admin, and network management
technicians. Engineering team lead duties were performed as needed :
Cisco switch and router configuration, equipment upgrades, integration of
network security assets, fiber and cable termination and installation,
engineer network installs, new building installs, office/building moves,
assistance with boundary equipment and firewalls, coordinated commercial
installs with Verizon and AT&T. Responsible for on-the-job training and
task verification for all new members. Notable Accomplishments: ·
$5k server
backup project. Veeam Deployment with 18TB disaster proof NAS. Resulted in 15
minute full recovery time. ·
$40k Network
upgrade. 1000% speed increase on wired and wireless clients. Redesign saved

executed project to upgrade 8 layer 3 nodes to 10Gbps backbone, increasing
